For anyone who gave this only a few stars i don’t know what they were thinking… actually i do, they were probably lazy and wanted the magic pill that everyone wants. Well this is no pill, but its definitely magic. I even got my Dr’s to get one!
I never knew how horrible i slept before, i mean I knew i slept bad but not as rocky as i really was! i try much harder now to get a good night sleep or at least pay attention to how my auto immune disease is reacting to sleep on those bad nights. I have lost 15 lbs in 2 months just because I know how much those little things i was doing before add up, such as gardening or walking the ferret around the block. And it most certainly does not "hurt" to wear it. I’m allergic to everything and have uber sensitive skin and i do just fine. its like wearing a watch, at first you know its there and then after time when its not on you feel naked without it, or on sick days you just need to take it off cause everything sucks lol. my only complaint is i wish i could occasionally switch arms because now I have quite the tan line on the left arm. And definitely get the Link, the Bluetooth is worth it!!!!! 0

Works perfectly. I sync it with my iPhone, and the iPhone syncs with the website perfectly. MyFitnessPal software works in conjunction with the BodyMedia software – very smooth and easy to use.
