Then I found this one and I knew it was probably too good to be true, but I took a chance anyway. And it turns out it really was too good to be true.

My first disappointment was finding out that the temperature display shows the temperature in the room, not my body temperature! But even that doesn’t seem to be accurate. According to the watch right now, it’s 80 degrees in my house even though my thermostat says it’s 72. There is no way it’s 80 degrees in any part of my house. So that part’s worthless.

If they can’t get the thermometer to work then I don’t have a lot of faith that any of the other modes work either. I’m supposed to download some software so I can use the sleeping monitor and other features, but I don’t know if I will.

At least it seems to keep time OK.

The one good thing I will say about it is that it’s actually pretty cute. I like the blue color and simple design.

If all you want is a cute watch, then I’d say it’s probably worth the price. But don’t expect to get something that works as well as a Fitbit or Basis Peak this cheap.
