I expected to be disappointed. I was happily surprised. With all the bad and mixed reviews on these devices I have put off buying one for a couple years. This one sold me because of all the features and the low price. I didn’t find it hard to figure out and wore it for a full 24 hours when I first got it to see if it would work continuously. It did. I love that it keeps tracking even if your heart rate isn’t at a certain rate. The only feature I wish it had was to input body fat percentage so that the calorie counter would be more accurate. I have a normally high heart rate so it says that I am burning way more calories than I actually am. But if you are in better shape then the calorie counter should work fine. My only complaint was that it is a little large for a woman’s wrist and it was not red as pictured. I see now that in the description it says that it is gray but a picture will always stand out more.

My disappointment came when I tried to set the watch and it would not do anything. My decision to purchase this product was based on other reviews of the product and it seemed to have all I was looking for to monitor my fitness program plus more. I normally do not order products of this nature online but thought I would try it as I could not find anything else I thought I would like.

I have already requested to return it and hopefully the replacement watch will work!

This watch does more than expected. It literally does everything. It counts calories, is a heart rate monitor, distance (by mile or step), stopwatch, timer, tells the time, and you can customize everything. It remembers your previous workouts so you can monitor how you are progressing. The heart rate monitor strap is very comfortable. You have to wear it how it says to wear otherwise you will not get an accurate reading. I tested it both on the treadmill as well as my usual road that I walk on and seemed to be fairly accurate. For the price this is the best watch you can buy and I had been looking for one for months.
