The directions come in English and Japanese and I think the Japanese directions are easier to follow than the English. Extremely difficult to program.

I bought this with hopes to use it to swim laps. Not only did it come with ZERO instructions, not even in any other language, it didn’t fit my wrist well at all. I am a very petite person, at 5’3" and about 100lbs soaking wet. It’s very large and bulky. I returned this item, I’ll be searching for something smaller, and hopefully instructions on how to set the time, and how to use the watch.
