I purchased this watch after my other calorie calculating watch stopped working effectively. I was so excited to get this replacement watch, that I even opted for the one day shipping. I received it today (by guaranteed delivery date) and took it for a test spin; I was a bit disappointed. I primarily got this for the calorie counter feature and I like to track all the calories burned while performing aerobic and anaerobic exercises… apparently, the watch can only calculate the calories burned at a “constant pace” (ie: if you are exercising at a constant pace on a treadmill or exercise bike or something; NOT for various exercises or if you are walking a dog and things of the like). In addition, it has a pulse sensor on the front (I thought it was a button, based on the photo) that you have to put your finger on in order to get your pulse rate instead of it being able to continuously sense your pulse rate like my other watch. Although it is pretty (I like the black and red – the red is more of a deeper red/burgundy than the bright red pictured), it is a bit bulky… but it has a decent size watch face. No light, though and no way to silence the “beep” every time you push a button. Sadly, I am returning the watch as it is not the best fit for me, personally.

Even after I had originally ordered the product, I received an email thanking me for my purchase. Though I am sad that this watch was not the one for me, the customer service of this company is truly excellent and I have added an extra star to my review because of it. This is my first heart rate monitor and I love it. It is super easy to use. It tracks my calories while I do P90X and while I am working out just hit the mode button and hold set for 2 seconds and you get your heartrate. You keep on moving. It gives you a reading in about 3 to 5 seconds. It is very comfortable and you just lay your finger on the sensor and wham there you have it. Love IT!!!!!!!!!!

I wish I were a little tech savvy. Luckily my son set it up for me and I was more interested in the heart monitor since my surgery. It works great and is really accurate with the heart rate.
